A ferocious and quick-moving line of storms will move through our neighborhoods between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. The First Alert comes after some thick morning fog in some neighborhoods.

The timing shifted overnight with showers and storms first expected to reach Berks County and the Lehigh Valley by mid-morning, but in Philadelphia, Delaware and South Jersey, it may hold off until late morning or midday.
